The Best Guided Meditations for Sleep

Well, I am going to be graduating from Yoga Teacher Training this Wednesday, May 9th! Part of my 200 hours is taking yoga classes outside of the training classes twice a week, and I was a little shorter than I wanted to be at this point. Ha!

I started today with a lovely Restorative Yoga class, then revved things up by immediately popping into a Power Vinyasa class.  I, then, went to dinner with a fellow Yoga Trainee to study…you guessed it… Yoga! We went over Sanskrit words while we ate, then I went to my third Yoga class of the day…Power Yoga! Cause that’s how I do my last week! Last minute and finishing in a puddle of sweat!

Joking aside, I seriously feel amazing! But what also helps me feel amazing is meditation daily. When I first started out, about 9-10 months ago, I was doing guided meditations all the time on You Tube because it’s easier to be guided when you don’t know what your doing. I don’t do guided meditations anymore in my morning meditation, but I still listen to them at bedtime. I love the calming voice talking to me to sleep. They are my adult bedtime stories to drown out the dogs, diesel trucks, and crazy in my neighborhood.
